Lionel/vBcover have the competition beat by a mile! I had a competitor's product which added queries to my site/boards and had errors popping up on every third page impression. With vBslideshow....not only have I not had any issues since the install, but Lionel MADE SURE that everything was running smooth before signing off.

Lionel...you are THE man and I'm going to tell everyone about you and your products!

I always look for two things when buying products. The quality of the product itself and the quality of the service. Lionel/vBcover provide both. I couldn't be happier with the quality of vbslideshow and when I needed help and advice, Lionel has been on hand to help me - providing a personal and prompt response.
I am very excited about using vbslideshow on my site - it will allow me to highlight my forum driven content in an interactive way - just what I was looking for. I had tried a product called FPSS, but their support is no-where near as good as vBcover's and the product itself generates far too many queries - unlike vbslideshow. Certainly one of the best products going if you want to highlight specific content on your portal/website/forum.

I am sure many of you know how frustrating a "simple install" can turn out to be.

First of all, sorry for my English who is very bad.
I was perhaps the first customer, several weeks ago now.
But I had much problem with my hosting.
Every day, Lionel helped me, without never refusing, and much more than for its magazine only, it helped me with all to configure!
These hacks is splendid, I dreamed some for a very long time!
Today, all functions perfectly, it remains to me only some adjustments to be made.
My verdict: exceptional hacks, and an exceptional support, I never met somebody as patient as Lionel!
Then especially, do not hesitate a minute, that is worth really the blow!

I know that you do not see a lot of posts in the support forum, and the reason would probably be that a lot of it is done through PM's, as I also did!
But rest assure, the support you get here are something far better than you get other places, belive me, cause being a neewbie at this, I got all the help an support I needed in order to get it all up and running!!!
Again, this is what I call PERSONAL SERVICE, and I cant say how helpful it has been for me!!!
