Darren here from VB4STYLE.com we have just started using iCart version 4 (to deliver our vBulletin 4 styles to customers, this has replaced our existing method (which was a 3rd party payment gateway, which wasn't cutting it).. after finding out about iCart from a fellow webmaster, we decided to try out iCart and well i must say it is a very powerful product, very easy to use and is by far the best vBulletin shopping cart.

As for the support here, that has impressed me the most, not only is the product very solid, the support has been even stronger, ive not waited more than 10 minutes for a reply / pm.. it's like the developer is a robot who doesn't sleep.

After extensive research and various conversations with Lionel I purchased and installed iCart (while it was still a beta vBulletin 4 product) at Wolfshead Solutions as my shopping cart and have not regretted the decision since then, as it in the main has functioned as advertised.

Support:

Even before I purchased iCart, Lionel's support was first class and while I had teething troubles with initial installation Lionel was very helpful, and has been since then too... so, I will rate the support top notch!!

Pros:

- very robust product
- does exactly what it says on the tin
- secure download for customers
- adds unique licensing information for each product registered to a customer
- great support


Overall iCart is a fantastic product, and I am sure I will continue to use the product in the future.... I am a happy customer.

When I first saw v1.74 I was convinced I wanted to use that software, but than when v4 came out, I was sure that iCart would be the Shopping Add-on of the future :)

Also the support that vBcover has is awesome. Almost 24/7 :)

For almost a year in searched for the right shopping cart system, I ended up with iCart because it has all the features I needed. For store owners right there selling digital items, I highly recommend iCart. This is a fantastic product at a great price.

Support is very great, Lionel will quickly (as in super fast) respond and resolve problems. He's the only guy I know that makes a forum support like a live chat support - that's how fast he fixes errors.

Been using Bigcommerce for my digital shop now for about 8 months, but needed something more integrated with my forums. Took me a few weeks to make the change to iCART, and now i wish i did it sooner.

This is a great product, easy install also a huge thanks to Lionel for the customization I requested which allows you to turn off sending the correct answers to the users, this means this can be used as a competition system as well.
