Hi,

I´m developing a vbulletin site and maybe in 2weeks will be released to public, during development the server is virtual but reachable from internet, what happens to license if I buy now and complete development on the new vbulletin forum on and then implement dev site to production site (diffent urls on dev and new productions site), can I buy and put dev url and then when I make this production site change the url or must I put the site on production and then buy the license?
