This is done already, and have been in use on my other site for a while. I just need to pack it as a product.
Admin set up categories, like Musicians, athlets, actors etc ... whatever. Sets up guest with pic and brief bio...then activates it. Member comes, they ask the questions, guest receives email notice, comes on the site decides to answer or to delete, then if answer, both question and answer become live. Guest can close interview at any time. Has past interviews archives. Can have multiple interviews etc ...
