I am currently using VBs built-in paid subscription system for my site's product purchases and I am very interested with vBcart and planning to migrate to it but still I have few questions:

Can I manually add a user to have a license in Admin CP? I have already paid subscribers so I'm planning to add them manually.
Once a user purchase a license and complete the payment, I want them not to download our products immediately, is this possible?
Can I manually change the expiration date of a user's license? There are some cases where I would like to manually extend or shorten the expiration date of a user.
Once the user's license expired, can the user still download the old version of the product which he entitled to or he cannot access all downloads anymore? In VB shopping cart, when our license expired, we can still download the older version - I hope this is how it works also with vBcart.
If I manually change a user's usergroup later, can he still download the product? I mean, can a user still download the product even if he does not belong anymore to a customer usergroup?
Can I link directly to the order page from a non-VB page? My main site (domain . com) is a non-VB page and my VB page is at domain . com/forum. From domain . com and assuming that I know the Product ID, I want to put a link there that goes directly to the order page of the product, i.e: <a href="forum / vbcart .php ?do=order&productid=37">Order Now</a>, is this possible? This is currently not possible with VB paid subscription, you need to go first on all the subscription items first.
Can a user add two or more domain on a product in the customer's area? Some of my products allow installation for more than one domain.
When a user download the product from customer's area, does it have like the VB Members Area where the user need to Aggre again on the Terms/License before he can download?
Can we have a different renewal fee for each product?
Can I add/remove another tab on product details? There's Overview, Features, Requirements, etc. tab - can I add more or remove one of them?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Let me answer your questions before going to bed.

Can I manually add a user to have a license in Admin CP? I have already paid subscribers so I'm planning to add them manually.Yes you can
Once a user purchase a license and complete the payment, I want them not to download our products immediately, is this possible?yes there is such an option where you can manually activate license

Can I manually change the expiration date of a user's license? There are some cases where I would like to manually extend or shorten the expiration date of a user.yes you can do both

Once the user's license expired, can the user still download the old version of the product which he entitled to or he cannot access all downloads anymore? In VB shopping cart, when our license expired, we can still download the older version - I hope this is how it works also with vBcart. When a license expires, download access is totally disabled for that item

If I manually change a user's usergroup later, can he still download the product? I mean, can a user still download the product even if he does not belong anymore to a customer usergroup? He will get a no permission error

This is currently not possible with VB paid subscription, you need to go first on all the subscription items first.Yes you can. Look at www.forumthemes.com (http://www.forumthemes.com) and www.completevb.com (http://www.completevb.com)
they totally changed their vbcart. You know it's vbcart by looking at the footer when you try to buy.

Can a user add two or more domain on a product in the customer's area? Some of my products allow installation for more than one domain.Only admin can do so.

When a user download the product from customer's area, does it have like the VB Members Area where the user need to Aggre again on the Terms/License before he can download? You can set the global agreement or a product specific agreement. Once the user agrees, he will no longer be presented with agreement for that item

Can we have a different renewal fee for each product?Of course.

Can I add/remove another tab on product details? There's Overview, Features, Requirements, etc. tab - can I add more or remove one of them? Some are required. If you have no screenshots that will not display. Same for demo link. You can add if you know how to change a template. But content will not be dynamic

If my memory is good I wrote an integration script last year vB system => vBcart for a customer, but that is lost with the crash

He will get a no permission error
Is this per product?

For example, USER_ABC purchased Product_X which will expire on end of January and he also purchased Product_Y which will expire on May. After the end of January, he will get no permission error for Product_X but can still access Product_Y? Or he will get no permission error for both Product_X & Product_Y?

vBcart is an amazing product, I did both ForumThemes, and CompleteVB implementation and have 1 or 2 to add to the list in the coming weeks. If you know sql and know vb's system you should be able to pull off almost anything you want. Plus Lionel provides amazing support

What happened if the customer reverse his payment? Does he return to Registered User Group and have no access to download?

Usergroup is not changed as customer could also have other products.
Download access for reversed item is disabled.
