vBherald Help Please!

Hello there. I've designed a skin for our website, and we use vBherald. (Love your product by the way!) However, I'm having trouble with a blue border showing and I don't know how to change it, or even remove it. The blue border is around the title, "Most Read Articles." Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Well technically I'm not the owner of the vBherald we purchased. The owner is another administrator on the site. However, I came here to find out how to fix that issue with the blue borders since I'm the graphic designer for our site that's designing a new skin. :)
