I dont really wana rub it in.. But you prolly should have backed up Database.
Guess you kept putting it off. Running a commercial site you should definately have a cron set to update essentials once a week. I kinda learnt it the hard way.
Anyway cheers to see vbcover back.
Anything you need help with more than willing to offer.

Dont mind me askin but you run the site alone or u have some caretakers like maintainence moderators etc.? Cos that wont be a bad addition ofcourse need to find trustworthy people for that.
Downloading the backup for forum wouldnt have been that long anyway. its still comparitively a small forum in respect to database size.

I'm sorry to hear about your data loss, but you really need a better disaster recovery plan.
My concern here is that these scripts are encrypted. Seeing this site down for such a long time really made me uncomfortable, if you are gone there is basically nothing we can do to test and make changes to the tools.
I am in the process of removing all encrypted tools from my system so this outage doesn't really help support the need for the scripts.

@trana Worst case scenario, I would have released all scripts open source.
