We are pleased to announce the release of vBhelp.
All known issues have been resolved.
A new setting has been added: Auto assignement
Now, when assignee goes to help page, he/she will see his open tickets on first screen
Direct link to support ticket included in PM and email.
Email to support issue has been resolved, but I must carry the original info. If you don't want it, simply edit the message phrase and instruct your users to delete entire message when replying.
All those who have purchased while in beta, please send me a PM so I reset your time to 365 days
