If I purchase vBcart Pro, when pass the year I have to pay $149.99 again to use it or I can use it but without upgrades??
Is it compatible with vB 3.8??

download the files there. If your php version is 5.25 or higher than your host would need to install it. 99% of them do

decoder is free. Encoder has to be purchased and installed on your server www.ioncube.com

There is only one encoder. For encoder support, you need to go to www.ioncube.com

I don't remember the functionalities between versions. You need to be able to encode on the fly. You need to go to ioncube and read on the functionalities.
