What Happened with vBHelp

I know i purchased the script in Beta but you mentioned then that it was the upcoming product. It had passed really long time , you release new products but there is absolutely no update with vBHelp.

Can you please mention when do you plan upgrading it ?

If you dont please let me return the product and you refund as i didnt pay a product that will not receive any updates at all.

Hi Mert, I did tell you that the product was in beta and that there was no ETA. I also told you that once product will become live, that your account will be reset for the number of days, and you agreed to all that. You insisted that you wanted it under those conditions.

Having said that, I am planning to focus on vBhelp after the release of vBherald.

and "when" might we expect to see vbHerald?? I look here everyday for info. or the release and unfortunately I either see nothing or more promises on the delivery. :(
