I purchased the vbcaption and vbslideshow and ran into a few snags --- because of my newbieness ..... and my ISP issues.

I just want to say that the responses and assistances from the vbCover team is the best that I have seen in a very long while -- and I buy a lot of my products/software, etc. online and deal frequently with tech support.

I will buy more of their products for three excellent reasons:

1) They are priced great
2) The service is SUPERIOR
3) They add value to my large sites!
