Questions about your VBcart product?

How much do upgrades cost after the first year and whatâ??s the upgrade cycle via version?
Can I add Affiliates Program to the vbcart like idevAffiliate?
Can the VBcart add a client to a VB group or groups via license and or individual product?
If a Paypal payment is reverse will the cart remove access to download and the users from the group?
I see that each license gets serial number is possible to check from a script / software aka call home?
Do you have an import script for subscription to cart purchases?
Do your products work with VBSEO?
If I do not have the Ioncube encoder software server will the pro version still work? I would it in the future.
Do you have a trial version I can try on a local server?
I donâ??t what to run it on live site until Iâ??m sure about it.
I love to test out your VBHelp beta is possible to add billing to tickets via cart services.

I know these are a ton of questions but itâ??s something that key to my business.

Plus can keep these for and Faqâ??s,

Hi,

Thank you for your enquiries.

1- 39.99-49.99 for the regular version, for pro 79.99. I can't tell you the cycle. All I can say is since I released it 3 weeks ago there were 7 to 9 upgrades, minor bugs fixes, new features requests. I've got some features in mind which are ready though but other productions are ahead.
2-I am using idev affiliates here. Super easy to add in the receipt template
3-Automatically adds all client license to ONE SAME group. When license expires download for that license is disabled. Renewal link is in customer area
4-I just had that request and will be adding the feature in a near future. Basically the next upgrade.
5-It was possible with pro version but I removed all call back feature.
6-I created a custom subscription import for a specific customer. I would have to create one for you. PM me for details and cost.
7-I never tested with vbseo, but someone made it work with vbhelp (adding the CCR in vbseo panel)
8-will work, but you will not be able to encode
9- Sorry, I discontinued the trial version
10- vBhelp is beta. A few customers bought it. The problem is it's not documented yet and I can't support it 100% like my other scripts (yet) due to mine coding other priorities

Hope that answers all your questions.

Hello Lionel,

Thanks for the reply.
your product looks good but question 3 and 4 are key for me.
I will by checking in from time to time to see progress.

To see if you add more groups to the products items and Paypal reverse payment items.

Your work looks well done again thanks reply hopefully some I purchase
the cart and VbHelp once changes are made.

Cheers,
Brian

#3 will never be done, sorry. Only one smart usergroup handles all products

Hi Lionel,

Number 3 is key to me because I use VB subscriptions as products.
I have done a ton of VB coding for my site.

http://www.m65.net to the point that have made a CMS for VB.
When a user buys a product/subscription there assigned to a product group.

Which gives them access to downloads, articles etc. based on there group.

To me this key for product support etc. I like your VBcart for many reasons
one I don't want to code one from scratch ;) two VB subscriptions system has a large issue you can't purchase the subscription without being registered with the system and your product does this on the same page.

Which I think is key to sales.
If I started a new site from scratch your system will work well for me.

Quick question which is off-topic.
Have you ever integrated an affiliate program into VB subscription system?

I have a customer who was using vb subscriptions with 15 usergroups (one for each product). Read his testimonial on testimonial page about import (a custom job). I can't have one usergroup for every item. This becomes a pain to manage with many products. Instead of managing usergroups, I am managing items. The same customer may have multiple products for the sme usergroup. When download expires he still have access to memberarea but can only download active products. However that usergroup will have access to all articles, regardless.

No I never had the need to integrate affiliate with vb subscription.
