Support added for foreign currency
Cron file updated. Removed vbulletin email phrases and made it independent when sending reminders emails of about to expire subscriptions
A bug in renewal has been fixed
Some missing phrases added
And for the customers using the top position, minor cosmetic change to align the buttons center
