Hello.
Yes with vBmagazine bundle you will get all these scripts and save around 50.00. This is why the store is not open yet. All the scripts are ready except for vBmagazine. So it will not be fair for someone to buy them and later spend more money for vbmagazine.

Ok thanks.
Have you got an idea about release date?
And is it possible to have only the langages files from your modules? i don't speak english very well but i can make a translation english to french

Actually, it says updated today because I changed some wordings in the store.
Good news is, it looks like I'll be done this week. There will be no need to wait for vb 3.70. All scripts are compatible (have been tested) with 3.60 and higher including 3.70 and will probably work also with the 3.5 ++ branch. Unless vbulletin starts changing the table names (user, forum, thread) which is highly unlikely or that will put them out of business, there will be no conflicts at all.
I already put up some demos. I need to create some more dummy issues and some screenshots of the various admin options, plus what admin sees in the front end.

Hi Lionel,
Please, let me know when I can purchase :) all the set. I will use in my opensource work - www.x-trad.org (http://www.x-trad.org) - because we have some specific projects and I wish another layout [ xoopsfacil / xoopseasy for example . see new video-tutorials here (http://www.xoops.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=4082)]
In time: users will be comment [reply] in Magazine, like they make in normal threads ... I'm right?
I ask for this cause I buy vbnews and don't work in my communities - this script works ''out'' of forum. This happens with vbarticles too. In magazine the we can setup ''inline'' with other forums ... I'm right?
All the best

Hi Joao,
Yes, you are right. vBmagazine is tightly integrated with vBulletin. Articles are normal threads. Magazines are normal forums. The setup I did here and that I recommend: I created a main forum "Articles Demos" and I linked it to main magazine page. Under it, I created many subforums (magazines) so I keep all magazines grouped together.

Your English is pretty good. By the way, vBmagazine is fully phrased.
See you around soon!
Hello there,
Currently we have a book online mod that allows different users in different usergroup to read books online. The book is being dived into chapter, the chapter is about 30 pages on average. Some book is up to 1,000 pages. I REALLY like the frugal resource inquiries of vbCover so I decide it's time to upgrade :)
I wonder if vbcover (magazine) could be use for such thing?
Second question: Can we set vbCover for different usergroups (ie: Teacher, Student ...), sort of having mutiple vbCover instants on the site?
Best regards

Hello,
vBmagazine can create different issues from different forums.
Each forum is a magazine. So I supposed you could have multiple independent magazines for every usergroup without having multiple instances.
Threads in there are not seen untill issue is published
vBmultipages allows you to break long threads pages into as many subpages as you want
vBattach allows you to place your upload attachments anywhere in your thread (even is secondary pages)
vBcaption allows you to place a small different description under any uploaded attachments.
Thanks for the reply. I still am not clear whether vbMagazine could be used for as a book online function as I outlined in previous post or not (I went ahead and purchase a bundle copy anyhow :))
Also, does vbMagazine have "list by author" feature?

We have a view all articles by same author feature in vBmagazine.
here is a breakdown of demos
http://www.vbcover.com/forums/demos.php?do=magazine
and more specifically, all articles by same author (http://www.vbcover.com/forums/magazine.php?do=view&author=1).
you might also want to take a look at forumdisplay where all issues are grouped together

Kickin this thread
vBcover - iconcube.
What version do I need, how much does iconcube cost, why do I need it?
Let me explain, I want to start a online magazine based on the vbulletin platform (v3.7.2). Got a shared hosting account and very interested in this product/hack or whatever you may want to call it. I call it a nice plugin for vbulletin.
Anyway why do I need iconcube, how much does it cost, can I install it on a shared hosting account.
Kind regards
