After extensive research and various conversations with Lionel I purchased and installed iCart (while it was still a beta vBulletin 4 product) at Wolfshead Solutions as my shopping cart and have not regretted the decision since then, as it in the main has functioned as advertised.
Support:
Even before I purchased iCart, Lionel's support was first class and while I had teething troubles with initial installation Lionel was very helpful, and has been since then too... so, I will rate the support top notch!!

- adds unique licensing information for each product registered to a customer
- great support
Overall iCart is a fantastic product, and I am sure I will continue to use the product in the future.... I am a happy customer.
